Over a decade ago, my wife Victoria and I made the decision to leave behind established careers in order to build something of our own.
I’m Alex Easton, a Chartered Surveyor and former commercial property agent. Victoria, my wife and business partner, previously held a senior position in marketing. United by a shared vision, we set out to create a practice founded on professionalism, integrity and genuine local insight.
With no properties to sell in those early days, we opened our office on Station Road, Dinas Powys, offering only our experience, energy and in-depth knowledge of the area.
We have called Dinas Powys home for more than 20 years and raised our three children here. Our deep-rooted connection to the village affords us a unique understanding of what makes this such a special place to live. This lived experience informs every piece of advice we offer.
As a Chartered Surveyor, I also bring a technical expertise that allows us to navigate complex transactions, address challenges swiftly and guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity.
Today, we are proud to remain the only independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents based in Dinas Powys. We consistently handle more property sales, lettings and instructions in the area than any of our local competitors — a testament to the trust our clients place in us.
