Alex Easton

Director (MRICS)

Alex Easton lives in Dinas Powys with his wife, three children, and two dogs.After graduating from the University of the West of England with a degree in Valuations and Estate Management, Alex began his career in London and was elected as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1998. In 2000, Alex relocated to Wales, working as a commercial property agent with firms including Chesterton, King Sturge (now Jones Lang LaSalle), and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). In 2013, he established his own practice in the village, offering tailored advice and services in the local property market.When he’s not working, Alex enjoys keeping fit, swimming at Jackson’s Bay, and driving his cherished Triumph Stag.

Victoria Easton

Director

Victoria Easton is a fellow director of the business, having established the practice alongside Alex in 2013.

Since its inception, she has played a key role in shaping its growth into one of the leading property practices in the area.

With a strong background in sales and marketing, Victoria brings a strategic and creative approach to the business.

She oversees the company’s marketing activity, including brand development and social media, ensuring a consistent and professional presence across all platforms.
Prior to returning to South Wales in 2001, Victoria worked in London with organisations including CNN and Saatchi & Saatchi, before gaining further experience in Southampton.

This diverse background continues to inform her approach to client engagement and business development.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys keeping fit, walking the dogs and spending time caring for her rescue donkeys, Reggie and Duke.

Roberta Morgan-Griffin

Sales Progression

Roberta Morgan-Griffin, known as Bertie, joined the company in 2024 and oversees the sales progression side of the business, ensuring transactions move smoothly from agreed sale through to completion.

Bertie plays an important role in liaising with clients, solicitors and all parties involved, helping to keep matters on track while maintaining clear and consistent communication.

She also assists with viewings and negotiations, supporting the wider team across the sales process.

Bertie lives in Penarth with her husband and young son, Ted.

She has a keen interest in interior design and renovations, bringing a thoughtful eye to property presentation and potential.

Outside of work, Bertie enjoys spending time outdoors and is another devoted dog lover.
