Our Fees

We offer clear, transparent pricing with no hidden charges:

Fully Managed Service

• 8% plus VAT (9.6% inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent
• Ideal for landlords seeking a comprehensive, hands-off service

Tenant Find Only

• 50% plus VAT (60% inclusive of VAT) of the first month’s rent
• Subject to a minimum fee of £750 plus VAT (£900 including VAT)
• Includes marketing, viewings, referencing, contract preparation and deposit registration

Additional One-Off Fees

• Tenancy Set up & Contract Fee: £150 plus VAT (£180 including VAT)
• Tenancy Deposit Scheme Admin Fee: £75 plus VAT (£90 including VAT)
